Which off-road light format should you stock first?

Use the LED pod light range to compare compact lamps by beam and mounting style. For panel-mounted projects, the flush mount LED light pod range brings five models into one shortlist. Larger round lamps such as 7C01 and 9C01, rectangular lamps and light bars remain available in this complete off-road series.

Which LED off-road lights should you stock for your customers?

Start with the beam your customers need and the mounting space their vehicles have. A compact range can cover forward reach with BF4-9 spot pods, wider coverage with BF3-A20 flood pods, and mixed coverage with BF3-A6por combo pods. Should you choose spot, flood or combo off-road lights?

Spot optics concentrate light ahead; flood optics spread it across a wider area; combo lamps combine focused and wider sections. Compare the PY35-1-Spot and PY35-1-Flood when you want two beam options in the same 3.5-inch round format. The mounting position and beam report help you judge where the light will land.

Which LED pod mounting format fits your installation?

Bracket-mounted pods let installers position and aim the lamp above a mounting surface. Flush-mount versions need a suitable panel opening and clearance behind it. Compare the bracket-mounted BF3-A20 with the flush-mount BF3-B20 for flood lighting, or the BF3-A6por with the BF3-B6por for combo lighting. Use the dimension drawing for the selected SKU when planning the cutout or bracket.

What is included with an off-road light order?

We supply lamps and packaging in the configuration listed for each model. Tell us which wiring harness, controls or branded packaging you need when requesting your quotation. Send your preferred models, quantity and destination so we can prepare a model-specific quote with the order contents and delivery schedule.

How can you compare off-road light quality before placing an order?

Review the beam distribution, measured light output and electrical load together, then check a sample in your intended installation. DXZ uses its in-house lighting laboratory for optical and reliability evaluation during product development.
