THE DXZ ENGINEERING & QUALITY TEAM

Testing is valuable when experienced engineers can interpret the evidence and apply it to the next product decision.

DXZ’s technical capability brings together:

  • Optical design and photometric evaluation
  • Mechanical and structural engineering
  • Environmental and reliability testing
  • Product development and customization
  • Manufacturing and quality coordination
  • Customer-specific validation support

DXZ TEST LAB — VALIDATED UNDER CONTROLLED CONDITIONS

Automotive lighting must perform beyond the specification sheet. DXZ uses its in-house laboratory to evaluate optical performance, environmental resistance, reliability and sealing under defined test conditions.

Our 12-test framework covers photometric measurement, rain, dust, UV, temperature and humidity, vibration, corrosion, aging and sealing validation.

KNOWING HOW YOUR LIGHTING WILL PERFORM IS VITAL TO A DESIGN

Lighting simulations can be made for customized products as well as standard products. DXZ uses customer-specific 3D data and controlled photometric testing to determine positioning, beam performance, highlights, shadows and a unified field of lighting.

Our engineers connect simulation insight with measured results, giving customers a clearer view of how the light will perform on the machine.
